Today i'm going to be doing a little bit of shameless self promoting. If you have seen in my previous posts i've talked about how I create my own prosthetics and sell them in my Etsy shop. Since Halloween is coming up I thought i'd give you guys some more information about my bullet wound prosthetics. First i'm going to tell you the products I see, then how to apply them and show you what they look like applied.
This bullet wounds are entry bullet wounds, I currently have them available in clear and light flesh tone. You can purchase the flesh tone here and the clear tone here.
You will notice that these wounds are a bit bigger, these are my exit bullet wounds and are available in the same tones. You can get the flesh tone here and clear here.
And lastly i'd also like to point out that I can sell them to you painted, and with blood already applied on the inside.
You can request this with any purchase.
Each prosthetics is handmade my me, and is make of Dragon Skin Silicone. They can be applied with spirit gum, dragon skin, 3rd degree and latex, and can be painted with any body paint though alcohol palettes are recommended. That's the awesome thing about silicone, you can color it with anything and it wont ruin it! I love using my Skin Illustrator Palette, though those can get pricey...the halloween store makeup will work perfectly!
Once applied they will look like this, blending is my easy with frayed edges. In this photo I applied the prosthetic with Dragon Skin, used my Skin Illustrator Palette to add some color (reds, blacks) to create depth, then applied some Ben Nye scab blood inside the wound and lastly added some liquid blood and let it run down his face.
